42 Below Feijoa is made by infusing crystal-pure vodka with the actual essence of feijoa fruit. This essence is created by vapourising the flesh of the fruit and turning the fruity steam produced into a liquid essence which is then infused into the vodka. The result is a premium vodka infused with the intense flavours and aromas of this unique, slightly citrus, slightly sweet and very fresh New Zealand native fruit. Great on the rocks or mix it in a cocktail.
