Premium Prawn Cracker, made from real prawn meat mixed with tapioca flour, it is then rolled, steamed and sliced before drying them. Raw Prawn Krupuk will expand in size after frying and a common delicacy in Indonesia & Malaysia.
Ideal to consume while fresh, and kept in air tight containers to prevent stale crackers.
