Generously sliced from selected premium cuts of succulent A5 grade Japanese Wagyu beef, our Wagyu steak are distinguished by their rich marbling and fine texture. As the meat cooks, it is this marbling (intramuscular fats) that melts and infuses the meat with a rich and nutty flavor while keeping the meat tender and moist.

(1) We only do delivery from Monday – Saturday. 
(2) Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next day 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day 11AM – 5.30PM. 
(3) Under Remark to Seller, input your desired delivery date and other specific requests. We will do our best to meet them.
(4) For any questions, please feel free to chat with us. 
(5) For urgent deliveries, please contact us via Chat and we will try out best to accommodate. 
(6) Please be at home and ready to collect your products. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable. 
(7) Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not provided after collection/delivery.
