Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
The sample kit is limited to:
- One per household, while stocks last.
- Pregnant mother at the point of registration.
Fulfillment of all sample kit requests is at the discretion of Supermom.
MAM Newborn Trial Kit consist of 1 bottle and 1 pacifier. Item will be delivered 1 month upon registration.
The Huggies sample kit consist of a pack of 3 diaper samples and 1 pack of 10 pc wet wipes. Collection will be at Supermom office at 108 Pasir Panjang Road #05-01 Golden Agri Plaza SIngapore 118535. Collection days will be Tuesday to Thursday, between 9am-12pm or 2pm to 5pm only.
Incomplete, multiple submissions or submissions with errors will not be processed.
Supermom reserves the right to replace the free sample kit at its discretion and reserves the right to amend the applicable terms and conditions without any prior notice.
